To establish sustainable, inclusive and progressive societies in Kerala, empowered through strong local self-government. Our aim is to transform Moodadi Grama Panchayat into vibrant and liveable places that prioritize the well-being of citizens, equitable access to resources and environmental sustainability.

Mission

• To foster inclusive governance by ensuring representation and active participation of marginalized and under-represented groups.
  To promote gender equality and ensure equal opportunities for women in local governance roles.

• To develop efficient waste management systems to enhance sanitation and environmental health.

• To promote the use of technology to improve service delivery.

• To support local economic development by promoting small and medium enterprises and job creation. To facilitate skill development programmes to increase employment opportunities. Promote tourism and cultural initiatives to stimulate the local economy and preserve heritage.

• Implement a complete quality management system in Moodadi Grama Panchayat every year and achieve ISO certification and maintain it as appropriate.
